4/5 of respondents consider environmental issues, especially high pollution, as an important concern. While 40% of respondents are worried about unemployment.
More than half of the respondents are not actively involved in associations or organizations, while about 30% are members of the New Workers' Union of KEK. Over 60% do not participate in various social and political activities in their city and many of them do not believe that they can effectively influence the transition process.
65% of respondents express their willingness to relocate from Obiliqi, mainly due to air quality and health concerns, while only 30% would not consider relocation, while 5% are undecided about this issue .
80% of the respondents say that the closing of the power plants will have an impact on family savings.
Two thirds of the respondents express a lack of optimism about how the closure of the thermal power plant will be handled. They are concerned that workers will not be considered after the closure
Over 87% of the participants indicated that they were not provided with information or training regarding new job prospects or alternative sources of income.
